BSaiLifestyle is a destination for gals (and any guys that wanna join) to push past mental roadblocks, pursue purpose and live intentionally.
I was 8 years old when my dad gave me my first diary. He continued to do so till I went off to college in the Bahamas. If you were anything like me, having a diary was essential. How else was an introvert to voice her thoughts, feelings, memories, ideas, and insights? Decades later, (I won't say how many. My mom said ladies don't tell their age.), I am still writing.
As I've gotten older, my diary (journal), has become a tool for success. It keeps me organized and focused and allows me to dream big.
Have you ever been at a point where you looked back and asked yourself how you got to where you are now? Now and then, we all have to pause for a self-review. This means 'looking back' (at old habits or ways of thinking) and 'looking forward (to new approaches for lifestyle change). My definition of lifestyle is Life (who you are) + Style (how you live this life).
Over the past few years, I had the wonderful privilege of writing to thousands of people each week as a Lifestyle Columnist. My purpose was to share what's on my heart and to inspire my readers with ideas on how they can live more fulfilling lives. My purpose for this blog is the same. Here at B.Sai Lifestyle, we believe well-being is so much more than the physical — it is also spiritual, mental, and social.
Living a healthier life, (spirit, soul, and body), may seem like a tall order, but having some friendly advice whenever you need it, makes it easier and more fun. This platform was created to be a safe space for candid conversations about all things well-being. I hope my stories and tips will inspire you on your journey to wellness in every area of life.
